Didn't receive apex coins

Product: Apex Legends

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Mainly Wraith, last game was Caustic
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Olympus
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Contacting EA Help

I bought 1000 apex coins and redeemed it but didn't receive it. I redeemed it through origin but I'm playing on steam.

    @Unovee 

    Ah, I see. I'm afraid I can only recommend reinstalling the game in Origin and logging into it from there. Once you do, those coins should be available on your account in the Steam version.

    Hey @Unovee, 

    Is your Steam account connected to the same EA Account you're using to sign into Origin? If you start up the game in Origin are you able to see the coins you added?

    yes, it's connected. Unfortunately, i deleted apex from origin as it takes a lot of space.

    Hi i am having a the same problem (purchased 6,700 coins), and didnt recieve them. But I have never had an origin account, only steam. any pointers?

    I as well had an issues as well as Barry here around the exact same time I don't understand what might of happened. I even tried installing it through origins and it didn't work, waste of time and Wi-fi. I Just wanted some apex packs Homie ☹️

    I Just Bought 2100 Apex Coin On Steam And I Loaded Up apex and they are not there and i restarted 4 times and noting can i please have some help quickly

    I also found problem i purchase 4,000 apex coin from steam . But didn't recieve coin.
