Multiple player are have this problem, me aswell, and hope Respawn the developer can fix this problem, they probley should ask Origin/EA, show them our payment date, cause that more than enough proof.

I have the same problem. I bought the Necrosis skin for Caustic during the System Override event. It cost me 2400 crafting metals. Now that the event ended, the skin is not in my inventory anymore.
