99% of the time even this doesnt work its never fixed and i feel like they dont even care... its been persistent for SEASONS now.......

Yea, I've had this happen as well, sporadically, since season 0, to everyone I know.

However this last week, it has really gone into overdrive, leaving me in the lobby like 1 out of 4 games.
