Fuse Tactical (Knuckle Cluster) is causing horrible Audio against water!!

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Anywhere there is water, either in Storm Point, Olympus or KC, happens on control and BR.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Was attacking an enemy and the audio for the knuckle cluster sounds like a high pitched Star Wars AT-AT firing into the water instead of the normal explosions like firecrackers... It's deafening & made me have to rip my headset off.

What happens when the bug occurs? The audio should not do this. Never did before and I've been playing Fuse since S8...
What should be happening instead? His tac should sound like firecrackers not an AT-AT!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go fire Fuse's tactical into water on any map... It ends up sounding like high pitched laser noises... Video clip provided is from Control match yesterday, was so shocked with the loud noise tonight on Olympus, couldn't get the recording for it.
