Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was south of Market walking westwards
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Walking forward in a top 2 situation

What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes out of no where, i did not get a crash report it was just gone
What should be happening instead? I should've been able to keep playing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure.

Game disappears randomly while playing, no warning, no crash report, nothing.

I wanted to keep playing but I can't.

I will try again tomorrow but if this can get looked into that would be glorious.

Also, i got kicked out of a party and got the notification that "party leader quit"  even though he was still going with our other buddy.

The Notification didn't disappear untill after hero select.

Not complaining, would be nice if it can be looked into as well.

The most arrogant player you'll ever encounter.

Ps. Love the game! keep it up

  • Did you try rolling back your graphics driver? The version 418.xx and upwards seem to be very unstable.

I got an AMD card and i finally fixed the problem for me by limiting my FPS in the command line argument. To edit the command line argument, you have to get into the "game properties", go to "advanced launch options" and enter "+fps_max 60" (without the "") into the command line arguments. Or try something higher, i worked my way up to 110 FPS now, no crashes and I think i can go even higher, even though i don't think I will have to since I'm playing on a lame 60Hz monitor.

  • Awesome, just a note for next time that the times have to be within a few seconds of each other to be relevent to a single crash unless they are at the times for each time you crashed.

    Event ID and there meanings:

    1. Memory issue

2.The Bad_module_info is a common issue so its a known bug that is being looked at since its been our for a while.

    3. This is safe you can ignore this

Looking at your DXDiag your system is falling behind on updates, updating your system may reduce some issues.

(like the memory issue you have in your event log)

If you wanna get up to date on that, start by updating windows and no more updates are availible when you check for them.

You can get your GPU driver here: https://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers/results/141954

As for the Core drivers of your PC, follow my guide here under Core windows maintenence:

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/In-Depth-Trouble-shooting-Guide/m-p/7472105#M165

This should get you up to date so that issues are less likely to pop up in future. (as long as you keep updating :P)
