Game not running on PS4 since last update.

Idk like I said I'm giving it until Friday. If I can't log in that morning or sooner I'm calling sony first thing and filing a claim with them and then heading straight to my bank to dispute every charge I've ever made for apex. I'm actually just sick of the way this game and customer service is handled with this company. It is so awful and nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. This is has not only effected us mentally that it's happened to but also financially. Instead of buying one battle pass I'll have to buy two and one won't even get completed. Instead of these kills and wins going towards the account that ive spent so much time on they go to this account that I don't even enjoy playing the game on. There's no compensation for all of this time we've been out and not playing. This is literally the worst way to handle this and ea wonders why the player base of the game is decreasing in size and everyone is moving to other games. Fix your servers. Fix your game. Customer retention straight up.
