I havent recieved my weapon cosmetic for gold/platinum rank.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. In the game Lobby after a match

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? As many as it takes to get to Gold Rank and then Platinum.

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I rank to Gold and/or Platinum and I dont get the Badges/weapon cosmetic rewards.
What should be happening instead? I should reach the gold/platinum rank and then be rewarded the badge/cosmetic that were promised.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play to get to Gold/Platinum and see if the game also doesnt reward you the badges/cosmetics.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I reached Gold Rank in ranked matches I didnt recieved my badge or weapon cosmetic. The same happened when I reach Platinum rank.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting a badge that marks gold/platinum and the weapon cosmetics that follow suit.
