Im not getting my apex packs from the free battle pass

    If you still aren't seeing the packs please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

I also have the same issue but with the premium battle pass ☹️

    Was there a specific level reward that you didn't get, or have you just not received any of the rewards at all?

    Same here i dont get packs by leveling and the battle pass premium is at 13 and when i close my game i leave loba on my character and when i come to the game its mirage and the skins of my loba and seer they are changed

    Hey @Jasimbeqaj, 


    We were seeing an issue recently that was causing issues with in-game progress not saving, but that should be fixed now. 

    Have you had the chance to play recently? Are you still having any problems with Battle Pass rewards not coming through, or your in-game changes not saving?

    I also have the same issu. Did you find how to fix it yet? I tried contact the ea support but no respone.
