What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Scoping with a 1X on Prowler.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Since the skin came out.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? This bug only occurs when i use the "Laughing Fool" skin on Octane. If you equip Prowler and scope with 1x scope you can't see half the screen. Super annoying, and kind of ruins the game a lot. I'll attach a photo of what it looks like in-game when i scope.
What should be happening instead? I should see the entire screen when i'm scoping.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Easy. Pick Octane, use the skin Laughing Fool -> Equip Prowler -> Zoom in with the 1x scope on. It's the same bug on the Firing Range map.
