Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Joining my friend's lobby

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Ten.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can only see myself talking in the lobby and none of my friends can hear me until we start loading into a match in Apex. I have tried audio settings on the actual game, PS5, and my headset. Everything is as it should be, but for some reason no one can hear me in the lobby, they can hear each other except me. When we play everything is completely working except when we go back to the lobby.
What should be happening instead? We can communicate and hear each other in the lobby perfectly fine.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it is a game issue for sure though.
