Matchmaking problems for old returning accounts

What happens when the bug occurs? Matchmaking takes forever to do and I cannot go into any match but when I switched to a newer account the matchmaking only takes 4 seconds tops.
What should be happening instead? Matchmaking should be faster

Hello again, My IGN is ZeisHauten.
I am an old returning player with my account originally created through Origins Launcher way back 2019 if I remember correctly.
I haven't touched the account for probably 4 years and moved on with another game. Last Saturday, I tried the game again and was surprised that I was banned from the game. I filed a dispute then the ban got overturned which made me quite happy. But now, The matchmaking takes forever showing "1 player in queue" . Some discord friend suggested that I create another new account and try it on and Viola the matchmaking only took 3 seconds to get me into a game.
After a match I returned to my original account to try it out again, but with no avail on the matchmaking.
I seriously need some help guys since this account have several gold skins and purple skins which cost me money in the past and would be a waste if I cannot use it today.
Can anyone help me?
