@EA_Kent can you please address the issue I had with the Customer Service as well? I mean, I know they have tried everything they could do with their position, but there's a bigger problem with this, we shouldn't have to rely on Forum to get attention and then EA developers may take a look on this.
What if this was an issue happening only to me? I would have to wait the problem to solve itself? I mean, are there no good practices, methods, escalation whatsoever?
