I'm having the same issue. Having it all day. I opened a thread too , didn't see this one. Had chat with EA but with no end. Tried repair,clear cache and reinstall. Waiting for an official update 🙂

    This new event clearly has something broken in it

    im on ps4 and I’m getting the empty banners and game crashes
