Here's Windows showing that Apex is using my MIC and that Apex has permission to use my MIC:

Hi @TuRtLeHeD. I checked this with friends in match and they could hear me. I could also see the speaker icon appearing in match when I talked as well. The problem for me if that the the settings threshold meter does not move anymore, even when on open mic. I used to use this as a pre-game test to make sure that my mic was working correctly because windows can be a bit finnicky when it comes to devices with several mic inputs and often switches them around for no logical reason. I still don't have a way of testing my mic in Apex pre-game now that the threshold meter is broken.

Have you tried using the Sound->Recording->Properties->Listen->"Listen to this device" in Windows to make sure that your mic is working? You need to click Apply once selecting "Listen to this device". You'll then be able to hear your voice through your headset/speakers when you do this. I use this to check my mic volume level as windows seems to sometimes alter this level itself for reasons that I still don't understand.

In Sound->Recording->Properties you will also see a tab called "Levels". Check that is set to around 80-100% for your mic. Then use "Listen to this device" to hear how loud/distorted you are. I have mine set to 85% as 100% distorts the audio, so the setting for your mic may be different. So many PC players in Apex either have super quiet or very loud and distorted Mics because they probably don't know how to check this.

Finally, make sure that your main Mic is set as the default audio device under Sound->Recording (mine is my RODE Mic 2). I disable all other mic devices on my cameras, monitors etc. to try and ensure that Windows doesn't randomly switch to another input device if I plug/unplug anything.

Remember to un-tick and apply "Listen to device" once you have finished testing, otherwise your voice will continue to echo through your audio in game.

Let me know if that helps. If you are still having issue after trying all that I'll try and troubleshoot the issue with you.
