Missing Season 9 Battle Pass Content

Hey I'm having the same problem and I'm currently on the phone with EA and they told me to tell you to contact them so they can get it more in the system so they can do something about it so please contact them so it can get in their system

What happens when the bug occurs? It didn't give me anything from my battle pass from level 85-110
What should be happening instead? I should be getting the items

I was told by ea on the phone to make this to see if anyone else is having the issues and if they are they told me to tell you guys to contact them

I already chatted with them online/email and they just told me to submit the bug on here. 

Still no fix to this after the new season 10 update!!!

i have missing 500 apex coins from Battlepass season 9, i have chat with advisor on ea.help,no one can fix it for a month.i feel bad experient for play the game now.

What happens when the bug occurs? All items in the season 9 battle pass after level 74 are not able to be equipped and do not show up in the loadout. I am already at level 110 in the battle pass. If I try to inspect an item in the battle pass tracker (that has a check mark on it indicating that I’ve unlocked it), it tells me that I need to reach the respective level to unlock it, even though I’ve reached that level to unlock it. I have already tried reinstalling the game and restarting the console.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to have access to the content that I paid for.

All items in the season 9 battle pass after level 74 are not able to be equipped and do not show up in the loadout. I am already at level 110 in the battle pass. If I try to inspect an item in the battle pass tracker (that has a check mark on it indicating that I’ve unlocked it), it tells me that I need to reach the respective level to unlock it, even though I’ve reached that level to unlock it.

Video evidence below shows the bug and my Gamertag (Auzland15) and Season 9 Battle Pass level (110). PLEASE be aware that ALL battle pass items from level 75 to 110 are MISSING for me, not just the ones shown in images and videos! The second video shows that the Devotion level 100 and level 110 skins are NOT showing in the loadout.
