Nintendo Switch - NO XP BUG (We want an update on the situation!)

@EA_David Hi David! I want to let you know that the Season 9 patched changed nothing related to the No XP Bug on Switch... I have played 15 or so games today in Trio, and it happened 3 times (17:42, 20:05, 00:29), so it is as frequent as before.

Looking forward to the possible patch to fix this asap!

@EA_David It happens to me too and im really freaking out with the game. I'm actually triyin to level up to get to the 100 level in the season 9 and u just can imagine how anoying and frustrating is when u put all your effort, time and sweat doing those missions and at the end, when u think u just finally did it u realize that u just haven't because who the hell knows what happened.. it happened to me really a lot before and I really didnt noticed it, but because of the work I dont have much time to play and I now I have just this weekend to get reach the level 100 and those things happen like 3/10 games.. and most of them when i win and I'm suppose to get tons of xp and stars to finally get it done. Please fix it, I've already invested in this game to just get screwed up this way with such things. It's just really anoying and unfair

Hi again @EA_David - Would it be possible to get an update on that same matter? This bug has been around for almost 7 months now, and it's only getting worst. As many have mentioned, the "+,-" temporary fix found by some players doesn't really work anymore. The Switch port has many, many bugs, but the No XP bug is definitely the worst one, and it is ruining the Switch players' experience of playing this game, as they (we) don't have anything to look forward to; We play to get rewards, and we can't even get them. We pay for the Battle Pass, but it takes us longer to complete it. We all hope that someone at EA can give us an update on the matter, and also that the bug gets fixed very soon! :-)
