It was also other matches as well,I dont think It was my placements in the match that matters. And yes, I was still alive in the game when I won.

For me it always skips the achievement screen when it's going to not count. I've had a few rounds where i lost kills and/or damage that i needed for an achievement but it was okay until I lost a whole win earlier.
Just played about 50 ranked games with 3 wins and about half of them I didn’t get rp
and none of the stats for those games counted for my overall stats too
I had this issue happen to me but my video exceeds the file size limit. From the end of the match I exit straight to the lobby and I'm not shown either xp screen.
If I restart the game the issue is still visible
For me it happens randomly. I've tried to uninstall the game then reinstall it but that didnt help at all its been like this since it came out on the switch. Please try and fix this its super annoying I got my first 3k on bloodhound and after the match i didnt get it because of the glitch so please work on this ASAP.
Hi @EA_David - Would it be possible to get an update on that matter? This bug has been around for almost 7 months now, and it's only getting worst. As many have mentioned, the "+,-" temporary fix found by some players doesn't really work anymore. The Switch port has many, many bugs, but the No XP bug is definitely the worst one, and it is ruining the Switch players' experience of playing this game, as they (we) don't have anything to look forward to; We play to get rewards, and we can't even get them. We pay for the Battle Pass, but it takes us longer to complete it. We all hope that someone at EA can give us an update that the bug gets fixed very soon! :-)
Sept. 14th edit: I just got a private message from @David_EA. Let's hope we get some good news soon! Keep posting on this thread, we have 260 replies and almost 7000 views!
Unfortunately I don't have any meaningful update on the matter. I'll check again after tomorrow's patch, as post major updates is usually a good time to check in on some of the longer-lasting issues.
So... The No XP Bug is 9 months old! I am disappointed and sad to see that the bug is still there in season 11. In 20-ish games, it only happened once (but the bug is so unpredictable!), and I was fortunately able to gain back my XP with the (+) (-) trick. Honestly, at this point, I feel like cross-progression has a better chance to be released before a patch to the No XP bug on Switch, so I'll probaby buy a console or a PC and continue playing there with my current account. Please, take care of your Switch players! This thread almost has 300 replies of people complaining about this bug. Let us know that we are important to you!
Hey legends! I am thrilled to announce that I have not lost XP since the Raiders Collection Event update (24 days!). I have also been playing the same amount of time as before, so I’m guessing that the bug is probably gone on Nintendo Switch (but I am still afraid that it is still lurking!). Am I the only one who has had a great experience recetly? How is it going for you guys?
Yea this is ridiculous… its so random when it works and doesnt. First game doesnt register, second game does, then third game doesnt. It sucks knowing i spend money on a battepass and cant get challenges to unlock. Especially frustrating for events like the arena flash event. I just won a ranked game as kill leader on switch which is hard enough, but its a punch in the gut when none of it is acknowledged for RP, stats, or challenges. This ONLY has happened to me when playing on nintendo switch. Never on playstation or pc.
It also seems sometimes predetermined which game willl count as some games. Can check and see my challenges mid game and see they are not updating as they normally would

Are you sure this works? I had a match which doesn't counted and I think while I was in the match, the quests were updating, but when I was out, it kinda resets to zero.
Btw. I had a ranked Arena-Match minutes ago which doesn't count. So I have 2 matches now. A "normal" ranked and a Arena-Ranked. Well done EA. The game gets better and better. Just ridiculous and frustrating!
No it doesn't sync, I wish it did, I have numerous winning games in pubs and in ranked and probably just under 500 kills gone because of this glitch. It has also caused this glitch to where if you rank up to say silver to gold it will put you in gold lobbies but it would keep you as a silver until you earned enough br points to rank again. If you need anymore information I would be glad to provide, I main on nintendo switch and counter this glitch pretty often.
I just won with Ash... 6 kills, 1571 damage, and guess what? I lost the stats when I went back to the lobby, the restart trick is not working anymore, the last 2 matches that I played were a complete waste of time. These idiots didn't fix the bug in the new season, this is incredible...
Same I have to keep restarting my missions and the + - isn't working as much and lasts longer to do.
They do not and this is happening so frequently it's really causing me to not want to play the game.
Same, this bug pisses me off so bad.
