Not getting crafting materials from apex packs

I am currently having the same issues with my packs from Black Friday. Was your issue ever resolved? If so, how? Thanks!

    @lemonywinks What's your current balance? I took a look back, I can see a large amount of crafting material gains that correspond with the pack openings, going up by a little under 2k materials.

    Can I check what your current balance shows as? If you haven't restarted the game client since opening the packs, can you do so?

      Just turned it back on and got my materials. I guess it was delayed when adding them to my account. It was stuck at 12000 something but is 15000 today! Thank you for your quick response and looking into this matter!

      I'm also having this issue right now. Even though this thread is old, I need help getting my crafting materials. The materials never showed up in my wallet after opening several packs. I've closed and restarted the game several times (even tried restarting my ps5) and tried waiting a whole day to see if there was a delay. Nothing. Please help!
