Hey Kent, can someone at EA look up my account? I've counted like 5 times and even used a recently created pack calculator.
I swear im in the same boat as you. Before the heirloom shards, I have opened up roughly. 700 to 800 apex packs alone without the help of leveling up. I did the calculations and I never received the wraith knife I literally bought all the packs for. The shards have come out and I have tallied up how many apex packs I have opened and the number is around 1, 097... I would love the same help as this guy please
