I experienced this issue tonight when playing with two friends:
- Friend A and Friend B were both in games (seprate, solo parties).
- Join Friend A's party.
- Join Friend B's party while bringing Friend A along.
- Friend A is immediately ejected from their game and returned to the lobby.
- Friend A and myself are in the lobby; Friend B is allowed to finish their game.
This happened on April 20, 2019 at approximately 9:40p PDT. It sounds like it is fairly common and reproducible, though I have not intentionally tried it since encountering it tonight.
