PS4/PS5 bug: "Gameplay recording paused because you entered a blocked scene."

What happens when the bug occurs? When launching Apex Legends on PlayStation 5 (and PlayStation 4), the native PlayStation 5 UI will alert the player "Gameplay recording paused because you entered a blocked scene." and then immediately after, "Gameplay recording resumed." along with a sound effect for each, after pressing "(X) Continue" on the launch screen. The "scene" in question is the launch screen as you're loading into the lobby of the game.
What should be happening instead? This is an unnecessary alert, as there is no "scene" in question - just the launch screen.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch Apex Legends on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4, then press "(X) Continue" from the launch screen.
When launching Apex Legends on PlayStation 5 (and PlayStation 4), the native PlayStation 5 UI will alert the player "Gameplay recording paused because you entered a blocked scene." and then immediately after, "Gameplay recording resumed." along with a sound effect for each, after pressing "(X) Continue" on the launch screen. The "scene" in question is the launch screen as you're loading into the lobby of the game. There is no way to disable these alerts on the console.
This has been a bug in the game since the launch of Apex Legends for PlayStation 4, and now on PlayStation 5.
