Since I did the season update on the PS5 I can no longer get into Apex because there are apparently no servers available, what should I do now [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey Legends,While the issue is still ongoing, we currently do have a work around which will allow those who have received the Season 20 patch early to regain access to the game. To do this you will have to install and play the PS4 version of Apex Legends onto your PS5. We have included the instructions below. Please note; if you are still on the S19 version of the game, you will not need to follow these instructions and can continue playing as normal.If you played Apex previously on PS4: Launch PS5 > Go to the PlayStation Store > Search Apex Legends Click Apex > Press the "..." icon > Select Version > Select the version labeled "PS4" Install this Version If you have never played Apex on PS4: Sign into the same account you use on PS5, on the PlayStation Store from your PC Browser: store.playstation.com Search for "Apex Legends" on PS4 Click on the "Add To Library" Now that you own the PS4 Version of Apex Legends, repeat the steps from previous method

I Have same issue PS5. It forced me to update even though update shouldn't go live until tomorrow and now it can't find any servers (becasue the update isn't live!). Now I will miss out on reaching my rank goal!!
I deleted game and re installed still new update version and still ''can't find" any servers....

I doubt this is a quick fix though right..?
I have to sleep and work tomorrow so this bug has effectively made my whole season of ranked a wate of time..

Hey so I just started my ps5 and apex updated now im unable to connect to the ea servers. it just says no servers found then retrieving matchmaking list in a loop then it says unable to connect to ea servers.

Me and some other people faced the same problem. everyone has a PS5. our assumptions are that with the start of the new season everything will change.

To whomever this may concern,
I’m sure you’re aware of the issue that ps5 users have managed to update apex legends to S20 a day before it was supposed to launch and have come across the issue that they cannot play.
The only solution I’ve been able to find on the internet is just to delete the entire game and download the ps4 version.
All I’m wondering is: when will this be fixed? Is there anything I can do to fix the issue quickly without downloading the entire game again?
