Hello EA people,I recently upgraded from the PS4 version to the PS5 version of Apex Legends but in doing so, no longer have my Founder's Pack, Starter Pack and PS Plus Items. All other content and progress has carried over except these items that I purchased from the PS store. I have searched the internet and seen that other people are also having this problem and even seen that one of these people got a reply from EA support stating that they acknowledge this issue and are working on a hotfix soon to fix said problem. However, that was a month ago and there have been no updates on the issue since. Is this still being looked into? Because I miss using my founder's Hemlock skin.

Yes, it's messed up. The Founder's pack was players way of showing appreciation buy paying for the game to make sure you guys could keep updating and growing. This needs to be addressed, and not a "our bad it's not available on PS5..." Duplicate that pack and link it so it sees we purchased the first ps4 version and unlocks it on PS5. Seems like other add-on cosmetic packs have a ps4 and ps5 version now. So obviously you guys are capable of creating duplicate packs for both systems. This needs to be addressed, and not a "our bad it's not available on PS5..."

Thats not true. Because i checked this month and the ps plus packs have dual versions. 1 for ps5 and 1 for ps4. This means it is possible we as loyal players deserve to have our content converted. OR these ps plus packs should unlock them on the server and then add them to our account PERIOD. it shouldnt be locked behind a dlc. Same thing with the founders edition items.

Well Kent, thanks for letting me know not to spend any more money on this if EA is okay with deleting something I paid for just because I got a new console. I'm not blaming you in any way, just glad I there seems to be definitive answer on this subject now

I agree!!! I paid $30 for it and now I am just out of luck because I wanted a better console?!?! That is so messed up!

Hey @ELtotheLIS,

I'm afraid this is working as intended. The content from the Starter and Founders packs wasn't made available for PS5, so it doesn't carry over between versions.

Any chance of making the previous PS Plus packs available on the store for PS5? Or at least put up https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0006-PPSA04873_00-PSP0130000000000 (last season's PS+ pack) for one more season? I got the PS4 version but didn't know that it wouldn't transfer to the PS5. I follow EA's and Apex's Twitter accounts, and the official Apex website's news posts, but haven't read any warning that the PS4 and PS5 PS+ Packs are essentially separate items and aren't cross-buy.

It doesn't sound like it's possible to get the content added to PS5, I'm afraid. I can definitely understand the frustration, but the content was only made available on the PS4 version and doesn't carry over to PS5.

When downloading the ps5 version - i have noticed that no content from the PS4 version has transferred (any emotes, banners, characters etc). For example, i cannot use Octane as he is showing locked ☹️

Went to put on Founder's Hemlock skin and noticed it was missing...

Personally I find this unacceptable. I fail to see why these items can't be added to PS5 for those with the content. They are simply cosmetic items no different than any other resources. You guys simply need to make these items bind on account like any number of other live service games with collectible items, or something so when we connect to servers it can check to see we have access. (I know maybe not really simple but should still be doable I'd imagine).
We paid for this stuff and shouldn't lose it because we upgraded to the next gen console, which you upgraded your game for as well. A workaround should have been implemented to ensure no paid content like this was lost! Especially considering what this pack (Founder's pack) in particular represents! Way to say F YOU to those who have been here since the beginning.
