Rampage automatically charging up

What happens when the bug occurs? When you pick up a Rampage for the first time off drop it will rev it up automatically if you have a thermite grenade and attempt to rev it up if you don't have one (prompts "I need a thermite grenade" audio).
What should be happening instead? The Rampage shouldn't automatically rev up when picked up.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick up a Rampage off drop with no other gun in your inventory.
