What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. in game

What happens when the bug occurs? i will get application failure with an error code CE-34878-0
What should be happening instead? i should be able to play the game without this happening

i would be in the middle of a game on ps4 and this would happen it has happened that much now that i am up to a 20 min suspension now because it has happened that often how can i fix this i have restored my licences on the application and it is still not working
