You could try a repair of the game and of EAC. You can repair the game via the library (or if you're on Steam you can verify)


You may also want to try a repair of EAC. To do so, go to the game install folder, then check the EasyAntiCheat folder and then launch EasyAntiCheat.exe, and you'll find the repair option. 

Performing a Clean Boot before playing can also help if there's some potential 3rd party issue.

    I can tell you what worked for me, what i did was this cleared the steam download cache.
