Did they fix this issue? I have to same problem.

Same thing with me was d4 last split got reset to gold 2 played a couple of matches then suddenly said my rank was rookie 4. I hope they fix this

almost 2 days like this and still no fix...

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing, I just press ranked matchmaking and joined into lobby

What happens when the bug occurs? It shows rookie IV rank instead of my current rank, make me sad, angry and feeling like im wasting time
What should be happening instead? I should have same rank without deranking, I cant even que rankeds with friends right now, cuz im rookie and I dont see any point playing apex right now when it is broken
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try just spam ranked games whole day and u will get deranked trust me

I want to know how you want one time rp restoration for players which got deranked two and more times, and if there will be any compensation for my wasted time, like i work 12hr shifts play this game for fun with my friends and i am only one who got deranked twice and now i cant play with them, because their rank is too high. I also bought battlepass, because i was happy about new season and now i feel like i dont want play apex at all when i try my best and all what i got is 2x derank into Rookie IV and now I must play vs. diamond/master players on that rank, but those players are also rookie IV, because they got deranked so i dont get any huge RP gain for killing them so it is again wasted time, because i will play rankeds and all what I will think in my head is now you will get deranked

I have got the same problem. Lobbies are insanely sweaty and my friends are getting a too high rank to play with...

Is there another update on when this problem will get fixed?

I got this bug again? After it being quiet for some days. I rank up to Gold IV from Rookie IV, I started game literally about 10 minutes ago or so. Rookie IV on top of the screen... then suddenly got my points back? Hello? U want to get me killed by heart attack?

3rd time I am being rollback to rookie IV... (rollback #1) Plat to rookie , rookie to Silver II, (rollback #2) Silver II to rookie IV, Rookie IV to Gold IV and now Gold IV (rollback #3) to rookie to Gold IV ... as soon as I saw it I abandonned the match to try to not being rollback a third time ....wth ...please fix this, this is so much time to play to rank up again and I can't play with my friend ... :/

Literally no communication nothing and it hasn't been fixed it happened to me few minutes ago while y'all claimed it's fixed on respawn twitter

Yo, after 2 deranks into rookie IV, I just wanted to play apex today and this is what I saw :D game full of bugs and it looks like nobody cares and everything works allright..
