Hey a question we gonna get the ranks that we had or just gonna start the grind all over again
Befor a hard reset i was ar peak silver 1 and Its not a high rank but the road to it was painful and i just want to know do i need to start fro scrach or not
Why can’t we have one season where there’s not 100 bugs as soon as we update?
The same thing happened to me today twice playing on series x if it matters. I had a few games yesterday with no issue but then today a few games in I got dropped to rookie 4, I didn't even know you could get back down as far a rookie. Restarted game thinking it might be a visual bug and go back to normal but no dice. Continued playing as I was on with a friend, had a few games and it was counting all my points up from there but then when I hit rookie 1 BOOM back to rookie 4. when I chucks me back it gives me the points I earned in that game but from 0. I got back up to bronze 2 before my friend got off but I gotta question whether its even worth continuing once I'm solo queing. Am I going to be able to catch up to my bud so we can play together as he ranks up or am I guna get de-ranked back to rookie and not be allowed to join his lobby?
It has been a full day and still no fix kinda sad that a multi billion dollar company can’t fix their comp scene

What happens when the bug occurs? My rank keeps dropping down to rookie 4. This happened twice yesterday then today I got half way through silver 4 assuming the issue was fixed loaded into a new game and BANG I'm back to rookie 4. Are you kidding me? Do I just sit this season out? I barely played last season because game chat wouldn't work now I can't progress through ranked?
What should be happening instead? I should be keep my RP points duh

There was a post on here yesterday with like 50 replies on it about the same problem now I can't find it to let you know it happened again? I hope you're fixing this not hiding it. FIX YOUR GAME! Its not happened to anyone I've played with, similarly last season none of them had the broken game chat stop giving me all your bugs

Why did I deranked to rookie 4 with zero rp. I started season 16 in silver got to silver 1 then it deranked me after winning a game twice. Starting at rookie 4 zero rp!!!! I just spent 250$ on an heir loom a this happens not only me but 2 my other buddies as well in my party. Makes me not want to play the game anymore so much time was put into season 16 already to get to gold 4 … thank apex. Fix your game if u can charge 200$ for digital heirloom u can fix ur choppy servers. People are complaining an complain about the servers an lagging out, black screens. Then get negative rp because the game thinks u quit or weren’t playing. I love this game. But for it to be out for 4 years an being this lagging is almost unbearable i cant even land my shots because it shows the other person killing me. Or I shoot someone an then they don’t take damage or the damage shows up late. Not showing all the rp I got. Also damage isn’t keeping up. I shoot some kill them a the top right of my screen is off points after showing I hit 120 on someone it gives me 90 damage. So im getting robbed with points on top of lagging an rp is suffering from lag outs or something buggy in the game.

I lost my rank and I don't know why.
I was ranked in silver 4 and 6 point missing to rank in s3 and i got a message saying that i got like score adjustment +0 and that match was a +202 for me. I said fine and moved on, i played another match after that one i got the 202 point and ranked into s3, played one more match and i just see that I'm a rookie 4 . Please help.

I think 1 of my ranked matches did not count towards my progress, I received around 200 RP, was promoted to Gold 1, and after the next match in which I have lost 20 RP I was put back in Gold 2 missing 130 towards Gold 1, meaning I probably lost that 200 RP. Same thing happened after a victory yesterday, but I was not so sure so I did not report at that time, today I'm positive.

What happens when the bug occurs? The rank that I grinded to is reset to Rookie IV. I started the season out at Silver II grinded to almost Gold III.
What should be happening instead? I should have just lost the normal mount of points so that I was not reset past the rank I was in. I was 270 from gold III
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To be quite honest I am not sure how the bug can be recreated, because this has never happened to me before,researching reddit and ea forums I see that this is a rare bug that has been a know issue with at the time of writing this not fix.
My friend and I were playing ranked just fine, we had a few bad games and we lost a bit of points but when we loaded into our 6th ranked game I noticed in the banner screen we were all rookie 4 we played gaining a bit of points and then all of a sudden in the lobby we are rookie 4 with the points we earned being the ones in the match we had just played. This is frustrating and made me kinda lose motivation to play ranked.

Seriously still no fix?! I don’t understand how this can be happening and why they are not fixing it. It’s actually really upsetting. I play with my husband every evening, it’s our mutual hobby and we only play ranked. So it’s quite frustrating when the game has broken down like this. Can we all just get our original rank back and how are you going to compensate about this for all the players? It’s actually quite frustrating for me and seemingly for many others as well. Please fix the game quickly..
Are we getting out back in our actual rank, because I’d be in diamond 1 by now just kinda dumb to come out with a amazing update then ruining it for the new player and the people that have played since day one. I’m no pro though so I know y’all will take your sweet time fixing it.
