There are some things I'd like to try to see if we can help stop this from happening. First, can we try out some connectivity troubleshooting to see if that helps? If there's a connection issue causing this to happen that might help get around it. 

First I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still seeing the same issues afterward check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.
