RESERVATION TIMED OUT

Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Unknown
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. City near craft station
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to loot a box from the squad I just killed
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 5

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Lags me out, not in sync with the server and then cannot re enter the game as reservation timed out - now slapped with a penalty and -48 RP
What should be happening instead? Should be able to re enter the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the server this is an ongoing problem. This is beyond a joke at this point

  • @imnopeacemaker If you create a new account & play on it, you will see you will not get any error while playing on that alt account. Code:net stuff is an account-related (not customer-sided) & known issue, ea_advisors say dev team is investigating it. But, there is already a month passed after they say it is being investigated, fix may be on the way. I hope there will be also a compensate because we may not be able to complete battlepass due to this problem persisted.
  • why am I not surprised! They break something every update and only the long standing players have to deal with it. Season 2-10 and every season there has been some sort of issue

    @Twisted-Wade the code:net issue that you are getting is not same as some other players getting , your issue is account related but others issue that i get and many others its game/server side its like this check this video i made what error i had : https://youtu.be/dTTgfjDPWK0
  • @OFIS-XyedThanks for the video. Yes, I can not even reach legend-select screen it is quite different but I am pretty sure that I had conversation on this forum with the people who faced this type of code:net and I remember they also gave positive feedback on trying play games perfectly on new alt account.

    Xyed, do you face this problem? Does this problem occur again on different accounts that you tried playing on?

    @Twisted-Wade all accounts , for your problem i will suggest send a tweet to dev's on twitter with full info of your account and problem , dm some dev maybe.
