[S23]Getting respawned in Broken Moon gives you prediction error&rubber banding

I'm experiencing the same issue, everyone in my lobbies are having the same issue too.

Prediction error, and the entire game stutters endlessly as soon as you're respawned.

The initial gameplay is perfectly fine, it's just as soon as you're res'd.
