Screen pull

When playing apex my character will randomly not be able to turn, or turn a random direction. I recently attempted to turn to the right and my character did a 720 spin to the left. I have difficulty aiming because of this, and it happens basically every game. I have a low ping and it does not feel like a lag, but like my stick has a mind of its own. I figured it was stick drift, but just bought a brand new controller and it is still happening. Any ideas on how to solve? I’ve tried uninstalling but it didn’t solve the issue. **this is not a lag or stick drift**
