What happens when the bug occurs? Its not a bug, but i had the DRAGON SPINE SKIN BOTH UNLOCKED and now they are missing in my skin trajectory.

I was entereing firing range and wanna try devotion with my dragon spine sking both from season 9.
now i cant find them in my account.
