Just checking in: I changed NOTHING and the crashes just magically went away. My last crash was on 28th March, so I guess some patch or NVIDIA driver update resolved the issue after that.
Same thing happening here, started crashing at least once an hour since the ring flare audio fix patch. i5-9600k/GTX 1070, game cache verified on steam, exact same freeze-into-ctd situation. Hope this gets picked up on and fixed, it makes the game near-unplayable.

Same problem. crashing in pubs, ranked and competitive games.
same here. it just started yesterday for me and has been consistently happening all day. its completely random to. sometimes ill play 4 or 5 games and nothing than ill crash back to back to back. I've tried most suggested fixes shown in this thread and others to no appeal i was going to just factory reset my computer but I've seen that that doesn't even work in other threads. its also happening on titanfall2 which I was excited to play the campaign for for lore purposes but its still happening. to make sure it wasn't just every game i played valorant for a couple of hours and no crashes happened in that time. I'm highly disappointed as I recently got into apex and have been enjoying myself and got to plat 4 in ranked and now I cant play because I don't know if ill crash during a fight or go through the whole game with nothing. it feels like I'm playing roulette with my games.

Looking through the diagnostics in the DxDiag you attached, it seems like some Windows system processes have been crashing. Can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if it finds any issues? You can find more info on how to run it at the Microsoft Support website.
