I know this may be a dumb suggestion, but try relaunching the game. I've purchased several bundles while in game still, often (if not always) the skins don't pop up until I relaunch, but the currency will deliver. As soon as I relaunch, the skins show up.
I've relaunched and restarted my pc multiple times and they didn't show, I'm beggining to think I was ripped off

For now, I'm not aware of any player-side workarounds, and this will need to be addressed on our end. Support can't currently grant the skins, so for now I unfortunately don't have any recommendations other than to wait.

Alternatively you may want to just wait, hopefully an automated fix isn't far off.
