Community AdminHi, we are tracking an issue where there's no chat in the lobby, but in an actual match it should be working. Can I check if you have experienced this in an actual match itself or just in the lobby?
The voice chat has the problem in match and in the lobby.
I can confirm the same. Switch chat audio is completely garbled in lobby and in game and completely unintelligible. it appears to only be an issue when Switch users are talking to other consoles or PC. Switch to Switch works fine...but everything else is toast. I can't wait for a fix so my son can get off my back lol
It has been in game and lobby. I have never had one without the other.

This issue occurs both in Match and in Lobby. On top of that, I noticed that the game also crashes a lot on the Switch.
I'm having the same issue in the match and the lobby, everytime I play with my friends that have PC or PS4, the voice chat is weird and I can't understand them,
I have experienced the laggy chat in lobby and in game. My friend on ps4 "BroTwiggEarth" and my friend on xbox "muttleycrew14" both sounded laggy when I was trying to chat. They could hear each other fine and me but their audio was laggy and choppy in lobby and in game
There is sometimes voice chat in lobby - though extremely choppy. And it is ALWAYS choppy in the match - unless other user is on a Switch as well.
FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, i cant even talk to people because i always get a ps4 or xbox teammate or no teammate at all,and when i use cross platform off it doesnt even put me in a game. the only way to talk to your friend is through third party apps. It sucks. Please fix it
