What happens when the bug occurs? Voice chat cuts off frequently and can only hear snippets of another persons voice

What happens when the bug occurs? Voice chat for anyone including me gets randomly cut out very frequently, repeats itself and/or is very delayed or laggy. WHeneverr you speak or you hear someone speak it cuts out very often and most of the time you can only hear snippets of the persons voice.
What should be happening instead? Smooth sounding voice chat with no severe cut offs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch apex on nintendo switch and try to use the voice chat in-game
This issue makes it impossible for all switch players to communicate with others on different platforms. The voices of others are so choppy and slowed that it’s impossible to make out what they say. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank You
Yea we can't hear anything it's all choy and glitchy please fix this ivoicd chst is a main reason why people play also no tendon switch just came out I know there will be bugs there and there but just please fix the voice chat

I was looking forward to playing Apex with my brother (I play on Xbox, he plays on switch), but this bug makes it impossible to communicate with them properly ☹️

Brother? Trying calling him if you both have phones if you don't well your on your on
I have also found this problem! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling on hard disk (doesn't work). Checked if the problem were the earphones and they were not. Also with HDMI the problem still persisted!
I wanted to play with my friends and they cannot even warn me on where enemies was (I know that you should understand where the shooting departs but sometimes you do not have really time to react if you are still trying to get familiar with the game).
This is still a problem. Mainly with cross platform play. But it gets to a point where it’s unbearable.
