Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I turned on Voice chat and my friends voice was glitchy and I couldn't understand anything.

What happens when the bug occurs? I turned on Voice chat and my friends voice was glitchy and I couldn't understand anything.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to hear my friends normally and understand what there saying.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on voice chat in Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch and talk with your teammates
EA please fix the Voice Chat on Nintendo Switch so Switch players can communicate and understand our teammates while playing the game.
I came here to see if it was just me with the issue but unfortunately I am not. Game play cross platform is very difficult with the chat being so choppy. My fiancé was playing in the same room as me and it he wasn’t talking, but I could hear choppy talking in game and it was just me and in playin, so there’s definitely lag also. I hope it gets fixed soon because it’s hard to enjoy the game
Ever since season 14 has started my mic hasn't been working ( I play on switch btw) it's been annoying me that I can't talk to friends that play on ps5/4 I really hope in season 15 this is fixed
