Why do opening apex log me out of my PS4 account

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting for the game to open

What happens when the bug occurs? After the EA Entertainement opening movie, the game log me out of my PS4 account before I can get to the lobby. It a new season and it seem to log me out juste before the trailer of the season that you see 1 time the first time you open the game after a new season patch.
What should be happening instead? The game should let me enter the lobby
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont think you can't, I saw a post from 2019 that said to delete the trophie taht are at 0% to get rid of the issues but it didn't work in my case.
It's a playstation error that pop (Error E-30034-0) right after the new Revenant intro, jsut before the trailer of the new season should start and I wasn't able to reach the lobby since the new season. I already deleted all my trophie at 0% but didn't get rid of the problème.
