Worlds edge unplayable on Xbox s17

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Worlds edge. Any time any where any game mode that is to worlds edge in season 17
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Swapping weapons or opening supply bins. Walking around anywhere. At first I thought it was near fragment but it happened anywhere I landed it seemed.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Every time on worlds edge for season 17

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? After a few minutes in game. No audio and faint squad mates/ enemy foot steps. No character voice lines. Then when you pick up a different weapon or open a supply bin game freezes. Cannot access Home Screen or game menu. Have to completely power off and restart xbox to come back.
What should be happening instead? Should be hearing game Audio. Character commands etc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve tried to capture a screen play but when the bug happens my console freezes. Or acts like it freezes and have to restart the console. I’ve hoped for updates throughout the season but worlds edge is unplayable for me. ☹️
Again no screenshots or game captures do to it just freezing. Pressing Xbox button does nothing. Holding Xbox button to bring up reboot/power off menu doesn’t come up. Have to press the Xbox logo on the console. And this only happens in worlds edge. Storm point and broken moon has no problems.
