Add an option for deaf players to "visualize sounds" - accessibility

There should be an option in the settings to turn on a "deaf mode" so people who are deaf could make the most of the game. I suggest a way to "visualize the sound" through some sort of icon on the sc...

My parents are deaf... my dad likes fps games, but he doesn't feel like he can play them since nearly everyone else has a distinct advantage over him. Makes me sad every time he gets mowed down by someone behind him just because he couldn't hear them coming. I really like the idea of muting sound when you turn on an option like this.
