Add disable crossplay option or disable aim assist for console players on PC.

@HansBurgers The problem is that people plug in controllers to make the system think they're using it, and then use a program to have a mouse and keyboard play instead. In other words, they use mouse and keyboard PLUS controller's aim assist.
