There is so much more to hacking than "Shot without line of sight", "Moving in unusual ways", "No recoil", and "Snapping to taget"..
Can I suggest adding a "Fill in the box" option, or adding more hack features to the list of report reasons? I see a lot of ESP (Seeing through walls) and speed healing.
If anything, at least add the "saw me through wall" option..

I concur. The ingame report options are lacking, and should also include being able to report teammates for cheating.
Killcams would help greatly in determining suspicious-seeming situations as well, reducing the amount of 'rage reports' that don't actually amount to anything.
That said, I have to be sceptical about speed healing; golden backpacks exist, and the situations where I've seen someone heal quickly and didn't seem to have the backpack has been maybe only once or twice. Knowing the exploits that have existed in this game at one point or another though, it wouldn't surprise me if it were possible.
