After a month why is a non existent Mirage yelling in my ear every game?

How difficult is it to prevent a character that doesnt exist on your team or anywhere near you from screaming senseless stuff in my ear every action I perform.

Also I'd love a playlist called "Anything but Olympus" Easily the worst map in any multiplayer game that's ever existed. I'd play any AI slop COD map over this flat coverless corner camping promoting wasteland.
