Allow pay scaling on the founders edition using ingame currency.

This can be disregarded - I swear I saw before that the legends were included in the founders pack, Upon inspection I noticed that they aren't. Though the idea of the founders pack being advertised in game is still a valid one. A lot of people don't know it even exists unless you specifically go looking for it.

Myself and many others have purchased Caustic and Mirage using in game premium currency without knowing that there was even a founders edition to be sold. I personally didn't find out about it until I saw a streamer giving it away. I would like to purchase the founders edition to further support the game as well as get some of the exclusive content but i'm not going to do it if I already own 2 of the legends that comes in it. There needs to be some way to purchase this while being refunded the cost of the legends.

Most other games offer an in game purchasing of the digital "collections" while pay scaling based on what you already own from the pack. This is something that should be implemented going forward, or give me the option to refund the champions I purchased using premium currency. I want the content exclusive to the founders edition, but I don't want to pay twice for something I already own.

At  the $30 pricing point, make the pack cost 3,500 apex coins in game, or 3000/2500 depending on if you own caustic and/or mirage.
