Allow Reporting AFTER Spectating
The reporting feature allows you to report players the instant you get killed, but you don't have a chance to spectate the player.
How can you confirm if they're a cheater if you don't even get a chance to see if they are indeed cheating first? If the report feature is right after you get killed, there will be a lot more false positives coming into the system.
