Apex legend hacker!

Guy this is an important message, as a player that is quite new to this community, it was the first time I enter this community after my account got banned. So to begin with, I wanna tell that from beginning I am a gamer who own a low end gaming set up, when Apex legend first came out I got frustrated for not being able to play the game with even medium fps and low setting, so I quit for year, then last year December I returned due to my new set up for PC that allow me to play at 144hrtz , so apex begin to be the only game I play throughtout these months. On this year of February, my cousin use my PC when I am away from school, and somehow he gain access to a certain software from YouTube discord group of hacker and use it on his id for apex on my PC, and yes i got banned after he got banned at my PC which you know easy anti cheat do hwid ban where hardware of any software associated PC is banned. This experience had caused me to gain stress every single day to find how to play after the ban by creating another account or online searching how to deal with this hwid ban, after long I still do not have any solutions which I am really loosing hope because I do not interested in playing any other game that appear in console or pc or mobile other than apex, while hoping I can work hard to earn money for new hardware in the future I hope that everyone who is in apex community or gamer , pls do not exploit hack or cheating in game especially online multiplayer game that are competetive such as apex where I learned a lot of value to compete in my life at school through studying, but now since I am gonna be gone might be for years from apex, I hope that everyone can learn to be an honest player that apply the rule in their principle. And I will still stay in this community to see Apex legend update from time to time. Thanks if you read this far to the end, where I think aceu is best player in apex bye.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

This is something you would contact
EA customer support for, as no one on this fourms can unban you.

Also, computers have the ability to password lock themselves, so your cousin couldn't just log onto your computer naturally unless you let them or you didn't have a password on it.

Whatever the cause is, you can only really contact support. Good luck though.

Naah it is okay i read all the term of service and everything, it included if someone or myself used my hardware to use any software or third party stuff, it is considerable as my responsibility. So there is no excuse for me to have myself unban instead it is me who against the policy at first.

@EA_Darko Yeap contacted them but the ban will not be lifted because the term are being violated and clearly no appeal will be considered and I do not want to spam anymore casese to slow down the service team.thanks ya

No worries @leeyongjunsgmy. The best thing to do is to see this as a learning experience and put a password on your system. It won't get you back into APEX Legends but it can stop the issue occurring again with another game.

@AndroidCentral He did have the same story twice, with no inconsistencies between the two (other than a few things he left unsaid the second time but were irrelevant to the overall appeal). Seriously, try and have a little empathy, just because it didn't happen to you doesn't mean you can't give someone the benefit of the doubt. Narcissist. I don't know if he's telling the truth or not, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, because, if it'd happened to me, I'd want people to believe me, so I'll try to have some empathy here.

Only though this time he forgot to mention he got banned on multiple accounts before the hardware ban happened. This little detail makes me call BS. If you get banned for cheating on your main account, you dont keep playing on other account like nothing happened.

Also, can the anti-cheat detection really ban you for having inactive hack software on the computer? Then the anti-cheat software must have access to all your computer files which I dont think it has. To my understanding, anti cheats works in two ways; scanning the memory and active processes or unnatural in-game behavior, such as identical recoil compensating mouse movements, snapping to targets etc etc.... So I think its strange he got banned if not "his evil cousins" hacks were running while he played.
