Banned with no warning for a single offence

Playing with a random in ranked who was trolling and i typed "push *" in the chat and now I have a ban for "Hate Speech". Not only is this account banned, I can't even log into EA Desktop or any EA account, or create a new account. I literally got hardware banned for a week for typing the word * to a troll. I've been playing fps games for like 10 years now and I've never seen a game flat out ban someone with no warning for a single word of text chat that maybe 75% of the US would say isn't a swear, but no EA considers it HATE SPEECH. Just wanted to enjoy a new game since Warzone and Fortnite blow and 1 week in I get a ban. But then again this is EA so what did I expect. Truly pathetic behavior from a developer who couldn't care less about its player base in any of its games.

    If you feel like you were unfairly sanctioned, you are more than welcome to reach out to a Games Advisor to get this disputed with our Terms of Service team. While you're here, please keep in mind that if you were sanctioned for saying something in-game, that word isn't going to be allowed in the forums either, in shortened, abbreviated, or any other form.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    You probably get "we don't reverse this action bla bla bla" somethink like that.

    EA stop banning people. Not working. You can't fix people that way, and there's no end to it. I think the number of players has already decreased.

    Support needs two weeks to response...

    @CasensHyperThey need to just add settings to automatically mute everyone for sensitive people or people like me who just have no interest at all in communicating with other players and listening to people mashing keyboard clicks, background noises, etc every other game so I basically have to manually click ‘’mute squad’’ every single match...

    Its funny because Pathfinder has that P Off Scavlander quip or whatever but Im pretty sure if a player told someone to P off in the chat they would be banned

    Same thing about Crypto’s ‘’Ive seen target dummies smarter than you’’ or ‘’I don’t know if your just bad or an idiot, either way your gone’’

    Revenant’s ‘’Just another worthless skinbag’’

    They just need to stop having double standards, if the legends can say it then the players should be allowed to a certain degree, but I agree that if players cross a certain line they should be punished/banned like Ive been cussed out a whole match by a dead teammate for taking ‘’their’’ legend lol
