Being Able To Lay Down For Sniping Characters?

Ok so hear me out on this instead every character being to Hold the B button down to Lay on the what about Just Blood Hound  And Revenant.Because to me Blood hound,Revenant and crypto are long range...

    This would be interesting. I wonder how it would change the dynamic of the game. Apex Legends is pretty movement-heavy, but it could allow for some tense sniper standoffs if you find yourself in a 1v1 at long range.

@JACKTH3R1PP3R97 Not sure about your selection of characters, as Revenant is more of a close range assassin, and Bloodhound is also more of a close-mid Range hunter. Crypto makes sense though.
I think they won’t implement lying down ever because Apex Legends is more of a fast-paced movement game than a careful campy game.

@Sir_Named I understand that but either way if you take a shot at someone while laying down they are automatically gonna know where your firing from and your gonna have to move positions anyway and I'm not really the camping type in competitive gaming you just don't sit in one spot the whole and the reason I selected Revenant is because your right he is an assassin but of all ranges and styles in general it depends on how u approach someone while using the characters and it depends on the players personal performance on how they use each character in general
