There was an issue with the way these bundles with character specific packs were coded. This issue has been resolved as of this morning, and if one wants to buy the current Octane bundle in the store, they will not be locked out of the bundle for having already unlocked Octane, or other items.

any news on whether this will be changed or not? Its still an issue with the halloween bonus bundles i cant buy them because i have a gun skin thats in the bundle
